Cre8inFun explores: Play and Reflective Practice

Through running supervision groups for therapists, we have experienced the phenomenal wealth of support and knowledge that group members give to each other, especially when there is a safe confidential space created specifically for it (I really like this positive start, love it!). Reducing the level of shame and heightening the level of playfulness in these groups has proved, repeatedly, to be a catalyst for learning and growth. We believe these great opportunities should be open to others not just therapists, such as parents, teachers, social workers, teams etc.
