The 8 Principles of Play Therapy

I am re-reading Play Therapy by Virginia M. Axeline. Though some of it is a little out-dated the 8 principles of Play Therapy are a good starting point for anyone considering working with children. I like the chapters on how play therapy principles can be used in education too. It is a wonderful resource for anyone who would like to understand more about play therapy and I feel it is easy to read.
